Burntisland Shipyard 0 Cowdenbeath U/20’s 4.

The Cowdenbeath youngsters, with a couple of first team players thrown in to strengthen the team, ran out comfortable winners against the Shipyard last night. A goal from Cammy Muirhead saw the visitors ahead at the interval and goals from Stephen Scott,Craig Johnston and Liam Callaghan in the second half secured their victory. The match gave manager Alex Lowe a chance to look at a couple of trialists and give some of his squad valuable minutes on the park but Cowden keeper Jamie Sneddon was rarely troubled as the Shippy struggled to create many chances.
